LeadMitra CRM is a private, local-first CRM app for small businesses. This policy explains, in simple words, what data stays with you, what little data is ever sent online, and what we do with the information you share with us when you buy the product.

The short version: Your business data — your leads, customers, invoices and all other CRM records — is stored only on your own device, inside your browser. We never receive it, we never see it, and we never store it on any server.

1. Your business data stays on your device

Everything you enter into LeadMitra CRM — leads, customer details, follow-ups, tasks, invoices, estimates, payments and notes — is saved locally in your own browser on your own phone or computer. This data does not leave your device. We have no cloud database for your CRM data, and we have no way to view, copy or recover it.

Because your data lives only on your device, you are responsible for taking backups. The app provides a backup feature so you can save an encrypted backup file and keep it wherever you choose. Backup files stay with you — they are not sent to us.

2. The only data sent online: licence verification

The one and only online check the app performs is licence key verification. When you activate the app (and during verification checks), the app sends only:

your licence key, and
an anonymous device ID generated by the app.

This is used only to confirm that a genuine key is being used. None of your leads, customers, invoices or other business data is ever included in this check.

3. Information we receive when you buy

Payment for LeadMitra is processed by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank details — those are handled by Razorpay under its own privacy policy.

From the payment page, we receive only the details needed to deliver your product and help you: your name, email address and phone number. We use these only to:

send you your licence key and app link,
confirm your activation and provide support, and
maintain our purchase records.

4. We do not sell your personal data

We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for marketing. Your contact details are used only for delivery and support of the product you purchased.

5. Your choices and responsibility

Keep your licence key private — anyone with your key can attempt to activate the app with it.
Take regular backups of your data using the in-app backup feature, and store the backup file safely.
If you clear your browser data or change your device without a backup, your locally stored data may be lost and we cannot recover it for you.
