By purchasing and using LeadMitra CRM, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully — they are written in simple language on purpose.

1. What you are buying

LeadMitra CRM is a web app (PWA) that runs in your browser and stores your business data on your own device. You are buying a licence to use the app, not ownership of the app itself or its code.

2. Single-owner licence

• One licence key is for one person — a single business owner — for their own business use.
• The licence is not a team or multi-user licence. It is not meant to be shared across different businesses or different owners.
• You must not resell, share, publish, give away or distribute your licence key to anyone else.
• You must not copy, resell or redistribute the app itself.

3. Lifetime access — what it means

"Lifetime access" means access for the lifetime of the product version you purchased, for a one-time payment. There are no monthly or yearly subscription fees for that version. It does not mean a promise that the product will exist forever, or that every future version or new product will be included free.

4. How the app works

• After activation, the app works offline on your device. An internet connection is needed to open/activate the app for licence verification as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Your data is stored in your own browser. Clearing browser data, changing browsers or changing devices can remove that data.

5. Your responsibility: backups

You are responsible for taking regular backups of your own data using the backup feature provided in the app, and for keeping your backup files safe. Because your data never reaches us, we cannot recover data that is lost from your device.

6. Product provided "as is", with reasonable support

The app is provided "as is". We work to keep it working correctly and we provide reasonable support for activation and usage issues through our support channels. However, we cannot guarantee that the app will be error-free in every situation, or that it will work on every device and browser combination.

7. Updates

We may update and improve the app from time to time. Updates may change features or the way some things look or work, while keeping the app's core purpose the same.

8. Misuse and key deactivation

If a licence key is shared, resold, published, or used in a way that breaks these terms, we may deactivate that key without a refund.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to LeadMitra CRM will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
